In 2021, I had the opportunity to speak with Joy over a series of sessions in my capacity as a business mentor. She demonstrated a strong ability to articulate the vision for her business. She consistently followed up with updates and scheduled additional sessions when appropriate. I observed the successful launch of her brand consulting business, during which she secured an initial cohort of paid clients while continuing to seek out other learning opportunities to develop relevant skills in pursuit of her business goals.
