Uncover Skincare is a community-built skincare brand that encourages women to wear their skin with pride by celebrating every blemish, body, and stretch mark. It was time for them to increase page views, social shares, and unique visits on their website. One key task was to write and edit optimized skincare blogs which I shared with the brand director, senior copywriter, and in-house skincare expert to align issues of brand tone of voice and credibility. I’ve since contributed to 95% of the blogs on the Kenyan website with an average reading time of 2 minutes per blog and a 30% increase in lead generation.
Other services offered include monitoring responses to posts via the website, social media, and other platforms to better understand the audience. I’ve also worked with the marketing team during product launches through targeted content marketing campaigns resulting in a 35% increase in revenue meeting the company’s quarterly sales targets.
